RETURNS POLICY:

Returns are NOT accepted as items are handmade to order and are bespoke to you. Nothing is ready made.

Mojo Beads gladly accepts cancellations if cancelled within 12 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, any later than this, we may be unable to cancel it as it may already be shipped.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATES

Due to COVID-19, delivery times can change at any time without notice.

We at Mojo Beads London work extremely hard to ensure we create your personalised products made and shipped to you as soon as we possibly can.

Our delivery timescale is 3-10 business days for the UK, and 12-20 business days for Europe & USA. These times may vary due to COVID and the postal delays.

To help ease any confusion, please only contact us if you have not received your order within the above timescale. We understand that delays in delivery, especially during these tough times can be frustrating, however please take into consideration that there are less employees able to work during a global pandemic. It is simply out of our hands once your order leaves us and we are unable to contact our shipping company, unless over 60 days (UK) and 90 days (International) has passed since ordering.

Mojo Beads London gladly ships all over the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, Russia, China & the Rest of the World.

We always provide our customers with the best shipping service available. We also always provide our customers with a tracking number, so please look out for this once your item has shipped and track your item, to avoid contacting us if your item is still pending in the shipping system.

For countries in the Middle East and Africa, we recommend using FedEx as your item is Express guaranteed and will arrive much sooner. The FedEx charge is quite high so it is worth ordering in one go for friends & family if using the FedEx/DHL shipping method.

The prices of shipping may vary due to the total item weight. We have stated an estimated shipping price below for you to simply refer to for an approximate guideline. The final shipping price may be slightly above or below our estimated prices.

Customs and taxes are not included in the shipping fee. The customer is liable to pay all customs and tax fees when the item is shipped over to your country. Due to BREXIT we are still working out the current shipping fees and import fees and prices will be updated regularly and accordingly.
